Items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- with all tags and packaging intact

Ukraine
- Returns within Ukraine are processed via local courier services (e.g., Nova Poshta).
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
- We recommend using tracked shipping

Europe & International
- For international orders (including Europe), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- We recommend using reliable courier services such as DHL
- Any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days

- items damaged after delivery
